By downloading, installing, or using Ask Quran, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Ask Quran provides AI-powered Quran verse search and Islamic guidance chat features. The app is designed to help users explore and understand the Quran.

3. Religious Disclaimer

Important: Ask Quran is an educational tool designed to help users explore Quranic content. The AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as religious rulings (fatwas). For matters requiring religious guidance, please consult qualified Islamic scholars.

4. User Accounts

You may use the app with an anonymous account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Ask Quran offers free and premium (Pro) subscription options
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google's refund policies

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Use the app to generate harmful or misleading content
• Share your account with others
• Misrepresent AI responses as official religious rulings

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding Quranic text which is in the public domain), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
