Welcome to Remindies. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Remindies, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Remindies is a smart reminder app that helps you create and manage reminders using natural language and voice input. The app sends push notifications at your scheduled times.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities under it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Remindies offers a free tier and premium subscription (Remindies Pro)
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the app

6. Intellectual Property

Remindies and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of reminders and content you create. By using the app, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Remindies is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time due to factors outside our control (device settings, network conditions, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
